... is a fabulous speaker, workshop leader and presenter who
incorporates her amazing Arctic adventures into her presentations. Just like the
original Inukshuks standing as sentinels across the vast Tundra, Freddi will
guide you, teach you, motivate you and provide encouragement and direction.
Living 350 miles north of the Arctic Circle was a fantastic adventure! Freddi worked as a recruiter with oil companies, employment counselor and dental assistant, owned a pet store and was “Living on top of the World”! She has gone through experiences most people have not, and events that people don’t want to experience. Traveling extensively in winter and summer she experienced much of what the arctic environment had to offer.
She teaches community adult classes,
leads workshops, executive retreats, and conference programs and delivers
entertaining and inspirational keynotes. Dubbed by her audiences as “The Tundra
Lady” her energy and infectious sense of fun comes through time after time. She
has the gift of crafting spellbinding stories and each presentation is liberally
sprinkled with her true tales as she guides people in how to maximize their life
potential.
Freddi is also a Certified Personality Trainer who works with teams and groups
to help them to build better organizations to increase their productivity,
foster more solid relationships and improve their communication style. She has
been heard to say, "How can you build a house if you don't know what materials
you are using? Building a strong team is just the same. Know the material by
first understanding the Personalities involved!"
She is a professional member of the Canadian Association of Professional
Speakers, a double champion Toastmaster, a graduate of CLASS and Upper CLASS
Speaker Training, and a charter member of the Career Development Association of
